













- Units must bring chlorination kits.
- Batteries for MMS Sets will be provided. Units are responsible for all other batteries.
- Fire extinguishers are provided for use in the hospital only.
- Class II expendable supplies are the unit’s responsibility.
- RTS- MED will not receive or store weapons.
- All Hand Receipt Holders must be designated on a DA Form 1687.
- Units must have 3 or 4 unit members for each Hand Receipt Holder during inventory, to aid in moving and re-packing equipment.
- MMS Sets are packed with a representative 1-day supply of materials. Unit members are responsible for requesting re-supply from the Unit Medical Supply Section.
- Unit Medical Supply Section is issued a representative 3-day supply of materials. Unit Medical Supply is responsible for requesting re-supply through the supporting Med Log Bn/Det, or RTS- MED as appropriate.
- Unit Medical Supply is responsible for receipting of Hospital Linen and Oxygen from RTS- MED , Building 10,000.
- RTS- MED will deliver refrigerated items and reagents to the Unit Medical Supply at a designated time.
- Unit Medical Supply will drop off requests for re-supply at 0900 hours daily, with pickup at 1400 hours, for those items in stock.
- During establishment, RTS- MED will exchange (one-for-one) any TEMPER parts or pieces which are unserviceable or damaged.
- Unit members will not cut any RTS- MED locks issued with any RTS- MED equipment. RTS- MED will be contacted to obtain a spare key, or open the lock.
- RTS- MED Supply Section will prepare a shortage list following the return inventory. This list will be given to the RTS- MED Site Director for disposition/resolution, prior to unit clearance.
